1. Change of Mind (COM) Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We accept Change of Mind returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria:
You must notify us of your intention to return within 30 days of receiving the item.
The item must be:
Unused and in brand new condition
Sealed in its original packaging
A 10% restocking fee applies.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
You must contact our Customer Service Team to obtain return instructions before sending any items back.
Important: Do not send back any items without our return authorization. Items returned without prior approval may not be identified and cannot be processed.
2. Warranty & Faulty or Damaged Items
We take product quality seriously. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL):
All products sold on the Millions Target platform come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for major failures
Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
Repair or replacement for minor issues
Warranty Process:
Each case is carefully assessed by our team. Based on the nature of the issue, we may:
Send replacement parts (if applicable)
Offer self-repair advice or solutions
Replace the product (subject to availability)
Provide an alternative product of similar value
Offer a full or partial refund, or a store credit voucher
We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.
3. How to Lodge a Return or Warranty Claim
To begin your return or warranty process:

Include your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos (if applicable)
