The ideal water temperature is about 37 degrees Celsius in order to match your body's natural temperature, which allows for maximum transfer of minerals to enter and toxins to be eliminated. You should not use any bath additives, soaps, or oils. Soak yourself for 20-30 minutes. After the bath please do not towel dry or rub dry but let the skin air dry naturally.
